No, I didn't study in any school. My wife and I had a young woman who
was born in China, but lived in our town, come to our home once a week
for a one-hour lesson. We did this for about three months, so we had a
total of only about 17 hours instruction.
We were on a tour in China, and actually got to use very little of the
Chinese we had learned while there. Then, getting to use almost
nothing of it after returning home, we forgot it all very quickly.
