It was supposed to be "powered by Raptr" so yes uninstall that. No idea what "Quick Stream" is but if it shows install date of today, then uninstall that too. Reboot after.

I just wanted to tell you even if this doesn't work thank you for helping me so much and staying with me. will wait a few days and then get back to you thanks again
