After reading all of the other problems and myself not being that educated on the computer I am not really sure you are going to be able to help me. Just having a blue screen come up showing windows was shut down to stop harming my computer. Don't know how to get any of the information I see you asking others . I did go to the windows dump file and it cant be opened or don't know what program to open it, I did see some problem that showed up a couple of time saying
A problem with your video hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly. I was in some control panel solution part that said it couldn't be sent to Microsoft. I need step by step instructions simply if you can help me. I looked at all the drivers and they say they are all up to date so I don't know what the problem is. what do I do now

Copy your DMP file to your documents folder or to the desktop and zip it (right-click and send to > compressed file/folder). Then attach the zip file here. See how much of How to Get BSOD assistance you can follow, including running a virus scan.

No, afraid not. All that is is a zip of a shortcut, not any actual information.

What is the make and model of your computer and are you running windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit?

You may be on a different forum or be getting private messages/conversations but all 5 of your public posts to w7forums are in this thread.

Drivers for the Lenova B575 are HERE but most are pretty old. AMD Graphics Driver version 8.901.3.5000 from 1/29/2012seems to be the latest you could try.

Conclusion
15 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. Only 10 are included in this report. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers: atikmpag.sys (AMD multi-vendor Miniport Driver, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.)

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination the errors that have been reported for these drivers and include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions from users who have been experiencing similar problems.
Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information. Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

and now this is happening more frequently thanks for your help

Almost every DMP listed in that analysis blames your video driver atikmpag.sys.

As I mentioned your drivers for the Lenova B575 are HERE but most are pretty old. The AMD Graphics Driver version 8.901.3.5000 from 1/29/2012 is the latest listed. Did you install that driver when I suggested it or no?

If you did and still get BSODs then you could try the AMD driver update detection tool HERE and see if it suggests something more recent.

AMD USB Filter Driver for Windows 8 (32-bit, 64-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit), Windows Vista (32-bit, 64-bit), Windows XP - Lenovo

what is this something I should have?

Graphics drivers can be updated quite often because they are the most common driver to cause problems, updated less often for laptops, but still enough that if you are getting BSODs it is the first driver you look to update. The fact your DMP files point to it as the cause makes it even more likely.

Since you never posted your DMP files here I have no way of knowing the date/time stamp of your currently installed driver, all I can do is recommend you try the one listed and hope it is more current (or run the update tool and see if it can find one more current).

The AMD USB Filter driver is for your computer but it is unlikely the cause of your BSOD. You need the most current graphics driver. From the Lenova website that would be the graphics driver version:8.901.3.5000 Dated:1/29/2012.

It's possible the update tool at AMD might find a driver even more current than that January 2012 one.

You can personally look at some of the information using a tool called BlueScreenView but understanding what it all means can take years of experience. Personally, I am still a novice at it but you can see my method HERE.

You need to try and update your video driver.

ok I tried to download that driver from the site you gave me here and it started to download it and at the end it said
the system cannot find the path specified and these error messages came up saying could not follow the command ? Was I suppose to do something beforehand?

I was able to open the DMP files you attached and your video driver is dated 6/28/2011 10:11:21 PM so the one from Jan 2012 should be newer.

When you click the DOWNLOAD button on the Lenova site for the AMD Graphics Driver version 8.901.3.5000 from 1/29/2012 choose SAVE. It is 176MB so it may take some time to download and that may be why it gave you trouble. When it completes then just run hgvp07ww.exe (likely in your downloads folder unless you specify to save it elsewhere)..
