The error constantly mentions kernal power. What power supply do you have and have you ever tried a new one? If the computer is not getting enough power it could easily shut down and that could also explain why there would be no DMP.
Hi Trainableman, thanks for try help, I do not think my problem is hardware-related, I'll explain why:
- I already have this problem for 4 years with almost 3 different PCs

1° PC is Blue, 2° PC is Red, 3° PC is Purple ( this way you can see how many pieces i still have from my 1° PC and 2° PC )
Intel Core i7 950 / Intel Core i7 4770k

Asus P6X58D-E / Asus P6X58D-E Premiun / Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H
Samsung (TSSTcorp CD DVDW SH-S223 ATA Device)
2x GTX 460 , 1024 MB [SLI] /
2 x GTX 460 EVGA , 1024 MB [SLI] / 1x GTX 760 EVGA, 2GB GDDR5

Bi-Volt 110/220 1.500va Senoidal Marca Enermax

-
My current 3° PC i got in 01/07/2013 so is kind new

- 90% of time that crash for me is when im not using the PC, when im sleeping or not in my house, 9% when im watching videos on youtube or movies in an website or uploding an file or video on youtube and 1% on adobe premiere exporting an movie. And over 4 years never crash when i was gamming, i do not play games alot now but everyday i play hearthstone at night.
.
- When it crash my PC goes off instantly, no blue screen appears and my Nobreak makes a brief whistle

I think my problem may be related to poor energy distribution of Windows 7, since many people who switched win XP solved your problem and another solved your issue by changing the voltage on the QPI / North Bridge.
here-> http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/25106-win-7-reboots-randomly-kernel-power-7.html explain a bit some solutions for this problem.
i did some of them in my 2° PC worked for while but dint fix my problem.
My last resort gonna be back to Win XP.

W7 added power management including sleep & hibernation, this even often requires a BIOS update for older motherboards. And this power management can sometimes shut down/lower power to hardware that really can't afford the lower settings. You can turn off Power management to some devices in the control panel > device manager. And you can control general power settings with control; panel > power options.

In power options, advanced: set it to 1) not allow the hard drive to turn off, 2) disable sleep, hybrid, & hibernation, 3) turn off power state management to the PCI Express. You could try that as it should prevent W7 from lowering the power.

If the BSODs stop then you can probably have to play with the settings to get back some sleep/hibernate functionality without reintroducing BSODs. Note one of the more common problem areas if the hybrid sleep.

Mate, I'm downloading it now. Please leave Driver verifier on, just in case there is more than one problem.

Mate,

It seems as if Bluestack is at fault here.

Code:
STACK_COMMAND: .bugcheck ; kb

SYMBOL_NAME: HD_Hypervisor_amd64+3190

FOLLOWUP_NAME: MachineOwner

MODULE_NAME: HD_Hypervisor_amd64

IMAGE_NAME: HD-Hypervisor-amd64.sys

DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 52dd29c4

FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0xc9_12_VRF_HD_Hypervisor_amd64+3190

BUCKET_ID: X64_0xc9_12_VRF_HD_Hypervisor_amd64+3190

ANALYSIS_SOURCE: KM

FAILURE_ID_HASH_STRING: km:x64_0xc9_12_vrf_hd_hypervisor_amd64+3190

FAILURE_ID_HASH:  {f761d908-59e7-126f-266b-ce427fb108e6}
HD-Hypervisor-amd64.sys is owned by Bluestack.

1/ So my suggestion is that you uninstall it, for a short time. Just until we can get your computer to stop crashing.

2/ Run chkdsk on your hard disk.

3/ Open a command prompt as Administrator and type in the following:
Code:
sfc /scannow
4/ Also please run the Intel® Driver Update Utility.
This is because the below driver is very old.

Code:
intelppm.sys Tue Jul 14 09:19:25 2009 (4A5BC0FD)
Intel Processor driver
**Please leave Driver Verifier ON.

Also if your going to add screenshots, could you kindly please attach them rather than including them inline.
Let us know how you go.

- So my suggestion is that you uninstall it, for a short time. Just until we can get your computer to stop crashing. I tryed remove by control painel but seems it still on C:\Program Files (x86)\BlueStacks and i got an error on his unistall when i clicked on HD-RuntimeUninstaller.exe, i will try reboot and try once more uninstall
- Run chkdsk on your hard disk. seems ok everytime i run it seems do the job and closes automatically
- Open a command prompt as Administrator and type in the following: sfc /scannow OK everything is fine here
- please run the Intel® Driver Update Utility. i will attach for you see, looks like only internet driver was old.

EDIT: OK i bluestacks is uninstalled and also check for DMPs on PC and i notice that i generate 2 DMP at same time 1 big that i already gave to you and 1 small, i gonna attach HERE

Please update the network driver. Also if you get any new crash files, please put the small file in a zip file and upload it to the forum.

So now we wait for the crash.

I wonder if Driver Verifier is off?

Please run from a command prompt as Administrator:
Code:
verifier /querysettings
Then post the output.

OK, strange that it didn't generate a crash dump file. I need the crash dump file to help. So lets hope the next time it crashes it generates a crash dump file.

If it takes 3 days to crash, I think it must have something related with the Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I217-V because it was the only thing changed since the last crash.
I mean i was having crash everyday if back to 2-3 days crash is an good thing.
I let you know

I got Several Crashs

First Crash was when i was on youtube,i got the Blue screen i have to turn off by self becouse the reset was not working and for the first time on the reboot my keyboard also stop working i had to w8 35 seconds to normal startup, same thing as my last blue screen, then when it restarted a bit more slow than usualy in 2-3 min i got the same blue screen and i restarted and this time my keyboard was ok so i could hit normal iniciate, then for more 3-4 times i got blue screen for the firsts 2-3 min of PC restarted

I tryed remove the verifier but i couldt becouse my keyboard was not working and i was getting blue screen too fast, then i remove the keyboard 3.0 USB and put on an USB 2.0 and i could do the safe mode then i remove the verifier and then reboot and i did not crash again.
