SOLVED which is better for opening files

Lets just say that when I'm done I know the only files in my folder are the ones I put there. If I copied the User folder off of C:\ to format and reinstall Windows, there would be more copied than just my user files.

Yes, that's true, they definitely throw in a bunch of other stuff most wouldn't consider their data into it: cookies, bunches of settings, tons of temporary internet files and all that appdata.

i found a download called free file viewer, its just for viewing files.
