I really was hoping the first BSOD was a simple fluke, never to happen again.

It is my opinion that you have a faulty piece of hardware. Or at the very least a bad connection between them. I don't want to get into pointing fingers though, not while analyst are suspecting software (which by the way I never have).

I have read a post about this BSOD in the Microsoft Answers and that was a reply.

"This one crash was related to netio.sys, and almost always the underlying REAL cause is the malware app that is installed."

I was indeed installing "Advanced System Care Pro 7.3" and "IObit Malware Fighter"
So can this be the cause?

Lets just say I've never encountered Mal-ware that causes BSOD's. I have on several occasions stopped BSOD's, by re-seating good hardware or pulling faulty hardware. I'm not gonna say software can't be the issue, simply because I've never encountered them. In my experience software has not been the cause, which makes it hard for me to believe analyst can fix all issues by suggesting software fixes. To me that is beating around the bush.

But like I said, I don't want to get in the way, if you are still looking for software issues. Who knows, you may find something I never have seen. All I'm doing is giving my opinion based on a 25 year experience as a PC owner and weighing in on the topic.

Either way, I will wish you a speedy fix, as I have nothing more to add.

You were very helpful thanks.
I am sad because this system is just 3 months old. It is new. So it can be new but with faulty hardwares?

But now, I removed both "Advanced System Care" and "IObit Malware Fighter"
I now have CCleaner and Tune Up Utilities.
The system is running now for 3 Hours with no BSODs.

Still can these two programs cause conflict or is it OK?

Well, I decided to use the following programs:

(1) Advanced System Care.
(2) CCleaner
(3) Built-In Windows Defender

Do you think these can make BSODs.

Well, CCleaner isn't a Malware protection. But both Advanced System Care and Windows Defender are Malware Protection softwares, so these are two Malware Apps on the system.

But come to think of it. Windows Defender isn't manually installed, but the other one IS.
So system may not consider these two as two Malware Apps installed that can cause the NETIO.sys BSOD?

Well, one last question if you don't mind?
Again what about the IObit software which is called "Advanced System Care Pro 7.3"
It does Registry Fixing and Deletes any Shortcuts errors.
As I said above, registry cleaners can be dangerous; some delete too much and can damage your registry. The only program I recommend is CCleaner and that is because I have years of personal experience using it safely..

If you ran Advanced System Care already then it's possible all these problems are related to registry corruption. If that is the situation then a system restore to before you installed that program is recommended and if that isn't possible then you probably need a compete reinstall of the OS.

......

I looked at the last DMP but it is not as clear as the others as to the cause and would require someone with more BSOD to debug. But as I said it could easily be related to a registry issue and if so a registry restore or a complete reinstall are needed.

.....

And if you haven't run Advanced System Care already then I wouldn't do that now as it isn't going to fix your current problems but may add more.

There is always going to be problems with too many AV / Malware products on a computer.
See how you go, but it appears that an AV product is being overly aggressive.

Keep us updated.

BUGCHECK_STR: AV

PROCESS_NAME: firefox.exe

so what's the difference between BUGCHECK_STR: AV and
Probably caused by : NETIO.SYS ( NETIO!StreamInvokeCalloutAndNormalizeAction+1fa ) and PROCESS_NAME: firefox.exe

So does that mean that the AV product caused this BSOD but what firefox have to do with this?

Aaaaah I remember the BSOD happened while I was surfing web using Firefox..
So the PROCESS_NAME: firefox.exe means that a BSOD happened while using that program?

Quite possibly the AV caused the crash. It uses the resources of the network card to check incoming traffic before it get to the computer.
It is impossible for AV companies to check their product against every network card and driver, it not uncommon to see such crashes.

Also some AV install Addons to browsers to further try and protect users.

Do you only have a single AV installed now?

I don't have any AV installed now except the normal "Windows Defender" is running.
I stopped getting BSODs but EXPLORER.EXE keeping crashing from time to time. It crashes and then restarts again while Windows is running.

I did sfc /scannow and fixed any registry corrupted files. But the problem still exists.
Can you please tell me if there is anyway to fix this Explorer.exe restarting without installing new windows?

I searched for this folder name in Windows.
I found it is located in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\ApplicationShortcuts\30225FenyLabCorp.14612CA8D40D1_9hnzmnxmh7hyy\App.Ink

Mate,

I know that your keen to find a fix, but please don't just delete stuff as it can create more problems.
Please do the following and I will see what we can safely disable.

  1. Download autoruns from HERE
  2. unzip it to your Desktop
  3. Right click on autoruns.exe and select "Run as Administrator"
  4. Accept the EULA (End user license Agreement )
  5. Wait until it has finished scanning (it will say "Ready" in the bottom left of Autoruns)
  6. File -> Save
  7. Choose a directory to save the file and name it something like mypc.arn (please make sure that it is a .arn type of file.)
  8. Put the file in a zip file.
  9. Post the zip file to the forum.
