But when it comes to Windows 7, there is nothing impresses me yet.
Sure there are some things besides eye candy (not much) that are
interesting. But nothing much for me to convert everything over to
Windows 7. And so far, there are no applications that require
Windows 7 for me. Until there is enough of them, I wouldn't be sold
either.

Then what the HELL are you doing in a Windows 7 newsgroup? XP
General is that way -->

Same as everybody else is. Getting Windows 7 help and helping others.
Although you are different than most people here. As you try to see
how irritated you can make others. Your [sic] not all that helpful,
are you?

If you don't use Windows 7, how can you help? If you don't use Windows
7, why would you need help? I am very helpful here, much more than you
will ever be because all you want to do it bitch, bitch, bitch.

And you lie like a dog! But what else is new?

No, I don't.
Sure you do, you are lying right now.
No, I am not.
I didn't say I don't use it. I said I hardly use it.
Changing the goal posts again, eh?
The goal post keeps moving because you keep lying. It is just that
simple.
There's a problem with your theory: I don't lie.
Sure you do. You lie all of the time. You say stuff like I don't run
Windows 7. Which is a lie of course. Keep it up and I could write a
whole book on your lies.

And you said you have the ability to find the right printer drivers for
Windows 7. Yet I called your bluff and asked you to help Bill. And you
couldn't do it. So another lie.

Virtually every post you make is a lie.

Not really interested in IE9 yet. Why do you like it? I really like
Maxthon browsers compared to other browsers myself.

I'm with you--I also like Maxthon better than the alternatives (but
Maxthon 2, not Maxthon 3).

But just in case you don't know it, Maxthon runs on top of IE, so I
think installing IE9 *is* a good thing to do; you get all its security
improvements that way.

Actually Maxthon 1 and 2 runs on top of IE (or more correctly uses the
Trident rendering engine that IE uses). Maxthon 1 also could use the
Gecko rending engine instead.

Now Maxthon 3 takes a new twist. It can use the Trident engine or Webkit
and the web's fastest Javascript engine (V8). And most webpages while
using Maxthon 3 hardly ever uses the Trident engine anymore. But as you
note, updating would still be a great idea.

And Maxthon 3 isn't full featured yet like Maxthon 2 is. So it is
totally understandable why some use Maxthon 2 more. ;-)

Thanks. I hadn't realized that.

I hope you're right about the "yet" there. So far I don't like Maxthon
3 at all, but I hope it soon gets its missing features.

Thanks. I hadn't realized that.
Webkit is what Google Chrome uses for an engine. Although Maxthon 3
claims it uses a much faster JavaScript engine than Chrome does. When
you open a webpage, Maxthon 3 decides which engine works best for the
page and selects it automatically. Like 98% of the time it picks Webkit.
Although if you don't like it, you can toggle it and Maxthon will
remember next time you visit there.

Well they is what they promise anyway. Sometime in the future hopefully. ;-)
