Pop ups

Wrong. The OP definitely mentioned the *clicking* action getting
detected in the wrong window.
That's not how I read it. Yes, he mentioned clicking, but as I see it,
he was annoyed by the pop-ups appearing where & when he *intended* to
click.

Uh oh... don't you know that VanguardLH is an expert on everything? He even
bought himself a degree in psicyatry.

Any way to keep crap from popping up when you are using the mouse?
Don't you hate it when some unrelated thing pops up at the same time you
are clicking on something? It burns my ass.
I'm still using MS Schedule Plus as a reminder app, even
after moving up(?) to Windows 7. The one serious complaint
I have with Sched+ is that reminder windows pop up and take
the focus when I'm looking at some printed text that I'm
typing in when the reminder occurs. If I don't notice the
reminder as I'm typing, and nothing I type in is a hot-key
for the reminder app, I can go for paragraphs of air-type!
It's really a grrr type thing. If one of the keys I'm
typing is a hot-key, the reminder might disappear without my
ever knowing that I was being reminded. If I do notice the
reminder popup, out of the corner of my eye, I still might
hit a hot-key before getting my typing fingers stopped, and
I have no idea if I cancelled it, or postponed it.

Just another reason why you should never store firearms near
a computer!
