Thanks TrainableMan,

but I already install the ATI drivers and remove the the automatic update.
Perhaps the best solution is to change the video card by a new one ?

I would also make sure you have the latest 2013 Realtek Ethernet & Audio drivers installed for your MOBO. Drivers.

If that doesn't help and you have the funds, then of course you could try a new video card, but I would suggest buying it from a store where it can be returned if it doesn't help.
