Have you run the windows updates recently?
You can try running system repair by pressing F8 to see advanced startup options and can choose startup repair.

This will helps in fixing issues with Windows. Moreover, you can try booting in safe mode and see if it helps you.

Good luck!!

It does seem likely it is your ATI driver. What you might try is completely uninstalling the existing driver (I think probably best AFTER doing the system repair as oliver suggested) and then reboot. If that fails then reboot into safe mode and try removing the driver there. Then install the new driver.

If you are unable to remove/update the driver then I suspect registry corruption and it may be best to completely reinstall Windows 7.

Well that new DMP points to the AMD HD Audio Driver "AtihdW76.sys".

I guess it must be related to your ATI Radeon HD3800 because the audio driver for your motherboard is RealTek. From what I can find you should be using THIS driver for your video card from Jan 17, 2013.

Uninstall the old video drivers and try that driver from last month. Also, some computers do not seem to like the Catalyst Control Center so you might try installing without CCC, just the drivers.

Hi all,

I come back with bad news.
I test without CCC so just with drivers but I have new BSOD. Sometime 3 on few time (less than 1 day), sometime it's more spaced out ! Nothing regular.

I upload the last minidump if someone can help me.

Post the DMPs.

Also, I encourage you to set your Windows Update settings to NOT install recommended updates the same as critical updates; sometimes incorrect driver updates get installed that way. Better that you manually run Windows Updates every month or so and choose any recommended updates that you might want.

I see the ATI drivers are 11/16/2012 again. I can only assume Windows Update reinstalled the old driver. Set that Windows Update switch I mentioned above and then repeat the install of the latest ATI drivers for your HD3800 from Jan 21, 2013 and just in case run the "Catalyst uninstall Tool" first.

Every time you post the DMPs all your ATI drivers are the same. Either you update them and then the old ones get reinstalled or they are not getting updated at all and you are just lucky for two weeks.

I don't know anything new to suggest that I have not already suggested above: reinstall the new drivers and disable windows "recommended" updates.
