When one of the other respondents asked you "whether it was a librarythought i would post a image of the folder with the properties.

i have tried everything that people have said so far but its still there ,,
view", you answered "Nope".
Yet, in that picture, I see "Libraries \ Documents \ Camtasia Studio".
Doesn't that meant the item is staged in a library ?
Libraries are built with .xml files, and are an overlay. They're
not part of the file system as such. Some software in the OS,
makes certain things look like they're grouped together. It's a way
of gathering things together that can be stored on multiple (even remote)
file systems.
So the first question would be, does the "real file folder" that
was added to that library, does it exist ? Or not ? Maybe
the phantom appears because it is recorded in the .xml file
for that library.

"For example, the Documents Library is represented by an XML file called
Documents.library-ms. Library descriptions are saved on disk in the
%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries folder (also known as FOLDERID_Libraries)."
Since it's a folder, and located in a library, perhaps you could
use this thing to remove it ??? You're not supposed to edit the .library-ms
file itself, so a dialog like this is a possible way to do it.
The .library-ms is a text document using xml format, which
you can read to see what folders are included to be gathered.
