Okay, I uninstalled as he suggested.
I came to my last step:
Empty the Windows Temp folder by going to C:\Windows\Temp\
After that comes : Restart the system
And it's all done.

I deleted every file from that folder but one file my Anti Virus - Kaspersky doesn't let me.
Tried and tried again, but still I can't

Turned Kaspersky off and deleted the file.

Okay, my next step is to download the driver's from ATI's website.

There is it - http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/radeon_win7-32.aspx

Didn't you already download the drivers? Why do that again? But fine, whatever. Let us know what happens.

Is the store where you bought this card still open (as I assume it was a different store than the one that closed where you bought the computer) because I would return it and try a replacement.

I read this entire thread, but I'm still somewhat confused.

Does the driver not work after you install it? Or does it simply say completed with issues?

Hi Thrax and thanks for your time.
Yes it says that the installation is completed but it's with errors.
But the drivers won't work.
So it's like you installed a program on your pc, in contol panel it shows you, but it's not properly installed and it doesn't work.
So technically I have no drivers now, computer still works fine but just a little bit slower.

TrainableMan, I have this graphic's card for a year and the shop where I bought it together with my whole PC and W7, is closed for couple of months now.

And you've cleared out all traces of the driver by:
1) Removing it from device manager and checking "delete drivers for this device"
2) Running a fully-updated copy of Driver Sweeper in safe mode.
3) And runnning CCleaner to clear out the registry of junk entries

Before installing the very latest Catalyst 11.8 from http://game.amd.com, which does have support for the entire Radeon HD 4700 Series?

This is a very important question: Do you have an AGP Radeon HD 4700? If so, try this driver, which fixes "no supported hardware found" errors for AGP 4700 cards, amongst others.

Yes, I have done it all.
This is a very unpleasant and annoying problem

Not that I'm aware of but who knows.
Worth trying

Just tried, problem is still here.

I've sent a message to AMD's Global Customer Care
and now I'm waiting for a solution.

If you are having issues with the computer listed in your computer specs (MSI P55-CD53), there is no AGP card slot available for AGP graphics.

Are you having issues with the machine listed in your computer specs?

What manufacturer produced that 4770? Can you take a picture of it for me?

//EDIT: I know that the driver supports the 4770, because I just pulled these out of the driver:

"ATI Radeon HD 4700 Series" = ati2mtag_RV7X, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_944E
"ATI Radeon HD 4700 Series " = ati2mtag_RV7X, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_944E
"ATI Radeon HD 4700 Series " = ati2mtag_RV7X, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_94B4
"ATI Radeon HD 4770 " = ati2mtag_RV7X, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_94B3
"ATI Radeon HD 4770 " = ati2mtag_RV7X, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_94B5
"ATI Radeon HD 4770" = ati2mtag_RV7X, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_94B3&SUBSYS_29001682

It looks like at least some of these cards require additional power, a PCIe connector off the power supply. Does yours have this? Is your power supply modular - if so are you sure you plugged the power connector in properly? I had one that the PCIe plug was very similar to the modular connection and I was able to insert it backwards, but the card didn't work until I corrected the cable.

It would be nice to see some pics of the card. Plus if you pull it out for the photos reseating it might help in some way.

Do you have the original driver CD? Have you tried installing those? Sure they may need upgraded but it would just be nice to know the card isn't faulty.

Alright, no funny business there. It's a standard MSI Radeon 4770. And the drivers aren't to blame, because I've shown that they have support for all 4000 Series cards.

I think it's time to look for other problems, here. Anyone disagree?

It wouldn't be the first time hardware was shipped bad but I would say he could still try a complete reinstall.

I used image recovery and reloaded my pc back to date 26.10.2010
That was the last time that I have been to my computer shop.
I remember I bought Kingstone 2GB HyperX 1600MHz.
Also I told him to update my BIOS and drivers.

So now I am running 10.11 graphic driver version.

That day when we tried couple of drivers and when it did not work I took my disk
http://imageshack.us/f/545/pc2z.jpg/
The left one, and tried to install the drivers, but still I had errors.

Sorry, but HOW THE HELL COULD MY MANUFACTURER UPDATE IT THEN!?
And I seriously think that he is behind this problem

TrainableMan, I have never re-installed windows, but it seems that there is nothing else left to try.

It seems I missed something or forgot it along the way; for some reason I thought this card had never worked but it sounds like it DID work until the drivers were updated.

Most users have a setting in Windows update to receive recommended updates the same way they receive Critical updates and this is were driver updates get distributed. Sometimes these drivers are not the best ones for your computer; in fact on occasion they can even be older than the ones from the manufacturer (not in your case, it seems in your case they are newer but your computer doesn't like them). I recommend to people to disable that but then they do need to take the responsibility to check for those updates periodically themselves by going to the windows update website.

Anyway if your computer does not like the new driver, then disable the option to treat recommended as critical; then clear out the new drivers like you did before and try installing the old drivers right off the DVD you have that came with it.

How to disable recommended updates so that your graphics driver does not get updated again ...
WinUpdateSettings.jpg
uncheck that box in control panel\windows update ... change settings

WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER

This means that I successfully installed 11.8 graphics drivers :D

I rolled back my computer on 26 Oct 2010, uninstalled the drivers.
Downloaded newest and installed them without any problems.

But I need a complete windows re-installation now :motz:

Seems like the problem was in the registry files.
Or its maybe cause this time I had .NET Framework installed on my pc.
Do not know.

Thank you all.
BIG THANKS TO Thrax and TrainableMan! :congrats:
