I dont have CD/DVD to mount anything..only USB...So I am in trouble ?And I dont understand that website...Do I have to download anything?
EDIT:Okay I am downloading seagate for windows.But what it will do and whats the difference of dos?

Installed,opened(in safe mode) and I see 2 detected drivers for scan.I ticked them now what I click?Rescan?
Edit:I rescaned and found 2 only drivers.Now what should I do?

Second:The tabs are:Rescan,Basic Test,Abort Tests,System Tools and help.
The rescan just finds available drivers, for basic test I dont know but there are opinions there
Basic test:Fix all>Long or Fast
S.M.A.R.T Check
Short drive self
Drive information
short generic
long generic
Advanced tests

So, which of them you mean I click?

I dont know anything, yes I have USB drive, If I plug it, I can see my files inside it.

OK, Run the "Fix All" Long Test. It will run for several hours. So best to leave it run over night.
It may fix the problem, but it may also say that you need to run the DOS version to fix the problem.
