Look around on the internet a little bit. Build 7077 is quite probably the release candidate, and build 7105 is (for now) an identical codebase that will receive all the legitimate fixes for bugs discovered when the public tests 7077. Build 7105 is the RTM line which will eventually evolve into the gold copy that gets pressed for retail releases.

Make no doubt about it, Windows 7 has entered code escrow, or else there would be no reason for parallel development.
