x64 family 6 model 23 stepping 10 is capable for 64 bit

I want to install Windows 7 professional x64 bit but it shows windows cannot install some file miss

  • Windows 7 ultimate x86 bit installed properly but i want x64 bit

To install Win7 64 bit you have to do a complete reinstall using the W7 64-bit DVD or bootable USB. Make sure you have the product key so you can reactivate it. Also you really need to upgrade to SP1.
