I am trying to download my windows 7 x16-96072. All I can find is x17 can I use this version???? Please help, getting frustrated!!!!

That is simply an OEM version of W7 Home Premium. The product key is what makes the licensing OEM. Simply download W7 Home Premium SP1 in your language and in 32 or 64 bit from the links HERE. And any drivers needed for your specific computer can be downloaded from the manufacturers website (Dell, HP, ASUS, etc).
