WMP problem

The error message says, "WMP cannot play this DVD because of the problem with digital copying protection.... Try installing an updated driver for video card".
What kind of video card is it telling? I went to Device Manager, but all possible video cards are up to the date, so says the Manager.
Can someone suggest a solution for this problem?

The video has copy protection that will not let it play. Quite possibly the DVD is encoded for a region different then your own, for example Region 5 instead of region 2.
