Wireless Drop outs

I am using Windows 7 x64 Enterprise version. A few of my executives are experiencing wireless connectivity drop outs on their PCs and I am not sure what is causing it. There are two different model laptops this is occuring on. I have made sure their drivers are up to date and correct. Their wireless settings are correct as well. We have also noticed that when they move around the building and connect to a different access point (different subnet as well) they get the yellow triangle over their wireless icon and have to manually disconnect and reconnect to the wireless.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated!
