windows7 update?!

Greetings,

I have a problem since a couple month now and iam rlly sick of it so i hope someone could help me out.
My problem is that i cant update windows 7 or any program on my pc and what wierd is some websites wont load on evrey browser.I have been thinking to reset laptop to factory settings but iam not sure about that,i have never don a reset before and its scary i might mess it up or something.So if anyone know what the problem and btw i tried tons of soultions but till now i dotn know what causing this wierd problem.
