Windows Update Failing

For the last few days I have been offered the same updates. They fail every time.How do I resolve this?

Which ones are they, could you post a screenshot of them here along with any error message you get?

As far as I can tell , they were identical to the one's that installed successfully on17/5/09 :-KB970419,KB970789,KB969497,KB970858,and KB915597.I believe these to have been test upgrades.
After sending the query to this forum,and reading your note about test upgrades I followed the advice for chooseing not to install them.
That being so I cannot post a screenshot or an error message at this time.
If the problem returns, or the next updates do not load, I'll be back for advice.Thank you for your response and your time.
