Windows LIve Error

I'm running Windows 7 and using the Live Mail program that came
installed to check my e-mail.

I have 2 Hot Mail Accounts. One account works fine.
The other account worked great up to a few weeks ago.
Now, when trying to check e-mail on the one account,
all I get is the following error message:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (xxxxxx) account.

Server Error: 3202
Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

I've tried deleting the account and redoing it, but the same thing
happens. What's weird is that I can go to www.hotmail.com,
enter my ID and check my mail without any problem.

I've tripple checked my password in Live Mail.

Any idea what the problem might be?

Windows 7 doesn't come with any e-mail client. You had to install, the
shop or store you bought it installed it, or the OEM'er that fabricated
the host installed it as fluffware to boost their software list in
their product description.

Have you used the webmail interface to Hotmail to login? Occasionally
Hotmail will interject a security page during the login that forces the
user to enter the characters shown in a CAPTCHA image. Until you
validate the CAPTCHA check, the account doesn't know a human is using
that account and not, say, a spambot. So go to hotmail.com and go
through the login procedure.

Another reason for using the webmail client to login is that someone
may have hacked into your account and changed the login credentials.
You'll know if you are using the currently correct login when you use
the webmail client to get in.

Could be you left the account idle too long. I think it's after 90 days
of non-use that the account with get disabled. You have to use the
webmail client to login to deactivate the disablement.

So see what happens when you login using the webmail client.
