You'll notice that the command line utility uses the same name in both
programs, but the MSE version has a few more options to it.

But knowing the name now I found it here:
C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_security-malware-windows-defender_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17514_none_b5e2b6396ecea306\MpCmdRun.exe

That isn't the name you should be using, the winsxs folder is best left
alone, you should normally find it as

C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\MpCmdRun.exe
