Windows Aero Theme Not Working

I set my laptop so it can run games faster and it changed the aero theme to the windows 7 basic theme. But when i tried to re-personalize it, i can't select any of the windows aero theme; same thing happens when I try to change window color, and what appears is only customization for windows 7 basic. Please, if anyone knows how to fix this problem tell me.

In the Start Search box type "Find and fix problems with transparency and other visual effects" and run it.

The Desktop Window Manager Session Manager and Themes Services need to be set as Started and Automatic.
