Windows 7 Won't Start Up, startup repairs and system restore can't fix it

I bought acer aspire one D270 {windows 7 starter} . My computer worked fine for 1,5 week. But I got blue screen at last night.I tried startup repairs and system restore.

Please read over the posts in the How to Get BSOD help thread.

Being this is only two weeks old you should contact ACER support and have them help you but any way, here are my first thoughts:

1.Because it is a new machine it could easily be a hardware failure such as bad memory, a corrupt hard drive, or a bad motherboard. You should probably run Memtest86+ or it could be other hardware and you may need to return it to ACER
2.It is also possible that you have "treat recommended updates the same as critical updates" checked in the Windows Updates settings and it mistakenly installed a driver that was bad for your computer. Normally you can boot into safe mode (F8 during the boot process) and then uninstall the update.
3.You could put in the W7 DVD and try startup repair from that.
