Windows 7 Wallpapers

I cannot change the desktop wallpaper on a new Netbook that came with
Windows 7 Starter Edition. Starter does not include the "Personalize"
option when right clicking on the desktop, nor is there any access to the
desktop from the control panel. I realize that it's one of the things that
are disabled in this version, but I would still like to try. Previous
versions of Windows use an image file somewhere, usually in the Windows
folder, but I'm not sure what file it is in Windows 7. Once I locate the
file, I can create a new image to replace it, after making a backup of
course. Can someone point me in the right direction? What are the image
size and dimensions? Please don't tell me to upgrade. The user who
bought it wouldn't gain any real functionality out of an upgrade. She just
doesn't need to do much outside of accessing the Internet and email.

Although Windows 7 Starter Edition comes with no way to do it, there
are workarounds. Read here:

There's a simple way to "fool" Windows into using a different
wallpaper. The image is stored in Windows\Web\Wallpaper\Windows. I
think it's img0.jpg. Take any jpg image that you want, size it to
1920x1200x24-bits, copy it to that folder, and rename it to the same
as the image originally found there (after, of course, renaming the
original image to something like img0.bak). The next time you boot up,
your new image will be the wallpaper. At least I *think* this will
work.
