Windows 7 ultimate,my shared folder was accessable by \\127.0.0.1 but not by local ip \\192.168.1.50

Good Morning.
Here is my question,as follows;
Windows 7 ultimate,my shared folder was accessible by \\127.0.0.1 but not by local ip \\192.168.1.50 or hostname.

Please advice me.
