Windows 7 not geeting starts bootyp issue

Dear friends,
I am getting problem during boot up windows stuck up with Choose An option, ther are three option
1. Test memory
2. Test system
3. Exit
If I select any one of the option after testing Again computer getting boot up and same dialog box opening. Please resolve this issue....
