Windows 7 .NET FRAME WORK issue

Hi My name is Maani and i m using 64bit version of WIN7 for the last 4 months .. Recently when i installed a game editor which is for editing the players and rosters it starts up with an annoying error ..!! expextion error .net framework
Where i was able to use this same software in 32 bit version of win7 ... Guru's please help me out with this thing .. im waiting :(
