Windows 7 font limitation

Is there a limit to the amount of fonts at which Windows 7 stops responding correctly? or does this depend not on the system, but on other factors such as RAM and CPU speed... etc

I dont think there is a limit. The only restriction could be the maximum number of files allowed in fonts folder which is 4,294,967,295 on windows 7.

I found it searchinh on the net.so the number may or maynot be accurate
