Windows 7 Folder Background Changer

This is a great little app from The Windows Club - written by Kishin Bagaria (I spent some time yesterday playing with it ) You can change the background and text colour.

LOL, the link you provided has been shortened and on my screen it reads ...

I must admit, at times I can understand their frustration

Yes I actually had his background changer but I run Tune Up Utilities and it has that functionality and more so I uninstalled his.

Ive not tried Tune Up Utilities but will have a look at it ( I'm sure Tune Up Utilities has being on Giveaway of the day ... if so it should come around again)
