Hi,

I have been experiencing some sorts of BSOD frequently since I bought my HP Probook 4510s laptop. One of the keywords on BSOD screen I remember is igdkmd64.sys. I think this has to do with my Intel GMA4500HD video drivers but I have already downloaded and installed the latest drivers from HP website. I once installed Windows 7 32 bit but now I am on 64 bit version. However, the BSOD appears on both versions. I have zipped my crash damp files. Hope I will be lucky enough to have someone here fix my problem.

Thanks in advance,

Hi.

You're getting 0x3B errors, so update to the latest video card driver.

Update this driver:

Code:
igdkmd64 igdkmd64.sys Tue Jul 28 18:35:46 2009
Visit Intel's website for it. If you don't know how to manually find it, let the website scan your machine while using I.E.

You should also have a more powerful ATI Radeon HD 4330. Visit ATI's website to install a driver for that too. It isn't currently installed.

Genie, pretty much what torrentG said. If you change your OS version you must download the correct driver for it, there are 32bit and 64bit specific drivers for Intel's integrated graphics that you can find here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx
