Windows 7 BSOD and system slowness

I had some BSOD's recently. Tonight I had one, corresponding dmp file is attached.
I filled 'my specs' form.

Sorry for the late responce.

The mini dump is reporting that storport.sys is at fault.

But could you please start with updating ALL the drivers for your motherboard.

Thanks and New Problems

First, thanks for the help and sorry for the very very late response.
I didn't watch this post till your answer, so I did a clean Windows setup and it solved my problems.

But I have a big new problem with BSOD in the last weeks.
Majority of them were caused by ntoskrnl.exe.
I've tried to downclock my memory below system specs, and it didn't solve anything.
I've updated all my MB drivers and I continued experiencing BSODs.
I'm attaching a zip with all minidump files I've got since september 18th.

I'm thinking that maybe my memory sticks are bad.

I'll be very grateful if you can help me to find what is causing this.
