Windows 7 BCD help?

Hello! I started up VisualBCD to create a new Loader at startup; and I accidentally deleted BCD. I didn't know I deleted BCD, I thought it was just a message to confirm adding a new Loader (I accidentally hit Delete, which got me to that screen). I have no recovery discs, and I can't create one because all my USB media is too small; the official disc requires around 2.2gb (Windows 7 32-bit Ultimate). Is there anyway I can repair it from Ubuntu (I have a Live CD of it; I can install packages in it), or is there any live CD I can use?

You cannot delete BCD using Visual BCD Editor.
You can only delete loader objects and only after confirmation !

Resolution for you is to create Recovery USB on another computer with Windows 7/8.
Pay attention that your system is 32-bit so Recovery USB should be 32-bit.

Execute a single command from Recovery USB to fix problem:
bcdboot c:\windows - where c: is partition where Windows 7/32 is installed.

Keep always a Recovery USB (for every installed OS) in a safe place !
Hope this helps.
