Windows 7 Backup

Will the win 7 backup utility make a complete system image if the system
disk also contains a FAT32 partition?

I have tried the first 4, each has it's own merit and faults.
Dificult to pick one...

No. It says it won't work in one of the KB articles, for what they're worth.
