window help and support pop up wont go away

I had this problem for a week. lucky break came from a friend. If you are using wireless mouse and keyboard, just change the bateries and you will be ok. Dont download any software or reininstor windows cos will not work. I did all that and after changing my wireless keyboard and mouse bateries I am fine

Yep, with wireless stuff, always check the batteries first.
Typically, Microsoft keyboards and mice will generate a pop-up saying that the batteries need changing.
