I have set up workgroup network with 5 window 7 pcs but pc A can access other computers but others cannot access pc A - set up user passwords in pc A but none of the user log ins are working. Changed the settings to not use password in Network settings but still requires the log ins and password.

Tried the Homegroup but others can share files but this pc A requires log ins.

This is often a Firewall issue on PC A. Can PC B, C, D, and E see and access each other?

Yes, it most certainly will. They all must belong to the same workgroup AND connect through the same network.
