No. These aren't reputable sources.

I bought a Windows disc from an online retailer once. They were supposed to be a fairly reputable retailer too, and not one with numbers in their name. They sold me a volume license disc, which Microsoft later blacklisted. I was out the money and the licensed Windows copy, and the retailer didn't bother answering emails.

I would only buy Windows licenses from a brick & mortar store or Microsoft's website. Yes, the deals aren't as good, but you know what you're getting.

If you already have a PC with a legal Home Premium license and all you want is a W7 Installation DVD then you can download & burn one yourself ... W7 SP1. These links are from Digital River which is Microsoft's official online distributor.

If your product key is not on a sticker attached to your PC then it would probably be a good idea to write that down on the DVD too. If you don't know what it is then install SIW from our Freeware DB, run it, and look under Software ... Licenses for the Windows Product Key.

NOTE: If you own a PC from a company like HP or DELL then they will sell you a replacement installation DVD for something like $15 to $69. Their version is modified and would include specific drivers for your computer as well as any software, including trialware, that may have come on your computer. However rather than spending the money on their "modified" installation DVD you can burn the official one and simple use the online support pages to download your drivers & most of the important software, such as to run the touchpad.
