win764bit installed but lists as 32bit

I purchased the Alienware M11X labtop and had windows 7 home premium installed...it is supposed to be 64bit however when you bring up the page that shows system information it states it is windows 32bit.exe, is this normal or do I have to alter the bios to have it run in 64bit...or should I call alienware/dell and have them reserch my order to make sure I had the 64bit installed

Your System Information windows should look like this:

The green arrow points to the System Directory showing a "system 32" folder. Even though my computer is an x64 based system as shown by the red arrow.
