Win7 "Live Photo Gallery"?

I'm trying to get this up & running on my sister's
Win7 machine but its nowhere to be found. I
typed the name into the search and nothing comes
up. My computer has it but I don't remember how.

It's part of Windows Live Essentials. Download & then choose what parts
of it you want to install:
