I need help to troubleshoot a friend's pc that keeps crashing lately. I checked the memory and it is OK. I checked for malware and it is clean. All windows updates

PC specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb
Video onboard
ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 AM3 AMD 890GX SATA
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz
Stock heatsink, but the highest temp is about 52 degrees

None of the components is overclocked. Do not use games at all. It crashes even when playing mp3 files

Attached is one of the latest minidump files

I think you are using Zone Alarm, so update that. Then update your network drivers.

Shintaro,

Sorry to reply late. I have been very busy lately.

I will follow your advice and update ZA and LAN drivers. I will come back to report the outcome.

Thanks a lot:)
