Dell XPS 8300 running Win 7 home premium. Using "Window Color and Appearance" I
can make some changes, color, font size, that hold but others such as icon size
& spacing do not hold after exiting the application. There are a lot of hints
on Google but nothing seems to fix it. IDEAS??
