Win 7 Pro disk space requirement

How much disk space does Win 7 Pro along with Visual Studio 2010 Pro
need? I've delayed getting a new PC, and was thinking of getting a new
iMac with Lion and then using boot camp to install in a separate
partition for win 7 pro. That way I can have the best of both worlds.
I can't really do the reverse with say an HP PC... Apple has decided to
put the stop on that with Lion being installed on a regular PC and
trying to put a stop to the so called "HackinTosh" PCs. Unless of
course they also dropped boot camp in Lion, which I haven't found any
information on this point yet.

I don't know how much this will help you. But Windows 7 minimum is 16GB
before installation. After installation it is using somewhere around
8GB.

That is good to know. The imac harddrive is 500GB. So if bootcamp is
still supported I can just split the drive space. Thnkx much.
