Just bought a new computer with Win 7 64-bit installed. My memory stick files are all Vista Works 32-bit. Is there any way that I can retrieve/edit them?
Also - is is possible to now re-install Win 7 as a dual partition OS, one partition for 32-bit files and one partition for 64-bit files?

Files are not 32-bit nor 64-bit, they are simply data. 32-bit or 64-bit refers to how many bits program executables are designed to use when they are running instructions in the CPU. On a 32-bit machine it can run 32-bit programs and it can run MOST 16-bit programs. Now with a 64-bit machine you can run 64-bit programs and MOST 32-bit programs but you cannot run 16-bit programs without an emulator (such as a Virtual PC or DOS emulator).

So if you ran "Microsoft Works" on your 32-bit Vista machine then you can run Microsoft Works or Microsoft Word or you can use a non-Microsoft product such as LibreOffice to read that data.
