Win 7 jacked

Windows won't update. Tried MS but they're about impossible to deal with. Had remote assistance that got halfway but now I can't even click on a chat at the answer desk w/o it going to a nothing page. Anyone willing to do a remote with my machine? I seriously disabled now, about deaf, blind, don't walk too well and had the damned brain tumor. I'm still trying to but I'm pretty much chair bound.

I keep getting that javascript thingy so it's become hard to post here. I keep trying, though.
