Why can't my laptop say "plug me in!" on low battery?

Has anyone come up with a hack to make W7 play a user-created bit of
sound when the battery triggers the low-on-power event?

By default, it's the same beep as a bunch of other events and if I'm
focused on something or have my back turned on the machine, I can miss
it until it's too late.

If you don't like the default, change it in Control Panel. It doesn't
require a hack.

Navigate to "Low battery alarm" in Sounds, and change it. If you don't
want to use any prerecorded bits that you find, you have to record your
own.

Thanks. Silly me, I looked in Power option.
