what antivirus software won't block email on servers in 2023

my antivirus software provider Sophos will not support win 7 after Jan 2023. Regular alternatives bumped out thunderbird and caused my provider to put a block on my incoming mail server, something I discovered with much difficulty. Do you know any antivirus programs for win 7 that will work with email and thunderbird/betterbird, blue mail without causing a server block starting in Jan 2023
