W7K? W7N? whats the difference

i was looking up on cd rom fixes on microsoft website. theres was listing for the codecs. so whats the differiences in windows 7. i seen windows7 N and windows 7KN. how can you tell which win7 you have.

Windows 7 K, N, KN

The New Windows(R) 7 includes this new sub version labeled as: "K", "N" and "KN"
I am going to simplify it for you:

• K: Stands for Korea and it has no Messenger(R).
• N: Stands for No Media playback. ie. No Windows(R) Media Player and Windows(R) Movie Maker
• KN: Stands for No Messenger and No Media Playback.
