Hi, I have installed Windows 7 RC1 Build 7100 x64. Default system display language is english (EN). I have since installed Norwegian. Norwegian Dvorak and programmer Dvorak, all well so far, but no matter what i do it always defaults back to EN on "new windows" opened. I have even removed EN from the list of installed services (See attachment picture if it made it in here).The short cut keys work fine for switching between the languages. I run windows update regularily and have restarted the pc several times.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
