W7 connected to internet but no access

Hi I am having problems accessing the internet,I have reset both cable modem
and D-Link D-624 router i am wired direct and did try wireless.
i have disabled and enabled adapter settings seMicrosoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]

my TCP/IPv4 is selected
in command prompt i reset renewed ip renewed winsock with no success
i can ping google from command prompt

Sorrry for last post dont know what went wrong there
anyways i can not access the internet
i reset cable modem and D-link router i am connected wire to router
my adapter has been disabled then enabled internet Protocol v4 (TCP/IPv4)
is checked with obtain ip and DNS automatically
i can ping my router and yahoo . i can not connect in safe mode
I flushed dns, reset TCP/IP and reset winsock

now i dont know about having 2 comp with same address there are 2 lap tops that connect wireless could the prob be there? how do i check?
