W-7 wont keep Themes setting.........

Every time I shut off my PC (W-7) the Cursor and Icons revert back to the
default settings. Is there anyway to keep this from happening?

Damn! I ruined another keyboard by spitting coffee all over it as a
reaction to seeing Frank actually helping someone.

Hang on... I've never seen anyone actually "help" Valorie *~~. Maybe Jack

Right-click on your Desktop and select 'Personalize'.
On the left pane select 'Change mouse pointers'.
On the Pointers tab make sure that the box that
says 'Allow themes to change mouse pointers' is clear.

I'll try this also. I may have left it checked. :-\
